This is the region in red in the above Summicron 90 (pre-aspheric) shot on an M8 Leica. Hand held with UV/IR filter.

Tyler Hanbrough, a spark plug for UNC basketball for several years, was at the Saturday game. He sat at nearly the opposite side of the arena from my seat. I was in the upper deck corner (section 220). Tyler sat behind the  scorers table. You can see our relative position in the top shot with a 15mm lens. The Center frame is full frame from the same position with the pre-aspheric Summicron 90. The third shot is a detail pulled from the 90.

No science involved in the test, I was just surprised by the resolution of the frame afterward.
