I’m a sucker for a fog. The cloud cover was very low this morning in the Triangle. I took off (after sleeping late for me) to chase the fog--accepting pop tarts instead of pancakes for breakfast. With Kitty in the house, that’s a REAL sacrifice.
By the time I got to Hannah Creek on the other side of Four Oaks, the fog was mostly lifted, but it caught my eye here at NC 701.
Hope you enjoy the same mystery that struck me. There are swamps everywhere, not just in my native coastal plain. They all hit a chord deep within me.
