Had a real quiet vacation week. Took a couple of short day trips.
I still find that the workboats hold much more attraction for my eye than the fancier sailboats so common down east. It always makes me think of Frank Cox who lived for wooden boats and hated fiberglass. He frequently said, “Ain’t nothin’ but frozen snot.”
