A favorite pasttime of mine is traveling Hyde County. I’d love to live there. It’s a quiet, friendly place with little to distract you from a simple life of doing what you want.

What I want when I travel there is to photograph birds or boats. That was what I did on Monday. I got to Germantown, Rose Bay, Oyster Creek, and Swanquarter. Few birds, just boats this time. It was hot, but wonderful to be there again.

Docks and railyards are among my favorite things.
