I have no idea what is happening with these kids. It was the second time I’ve seen them near the intersection of Glenwood Avenue and St. Mary’s Street. The first time, there only the two in black. They love to have their picture taken. These, as the ones from 2010 Week 51, were taken through the car window as I stopped for the stop light.
