Thanksgiving was really fine with Beth (our youngest) and Love (my mom) joining us in Washington for a loooong weekend. Thanksgiving has become my favorite holiday. Christmas is much to hectic and promoted for there to be any relaxation.
The swamp and creek were lovely with just a bit of color left and cool temperatures insuring a reduced wakeful insects population. Even got a couple of minor fogs in the early hours. We got both Christmas trees up.
Pictures this week from Raleigh, and Greenville, and Washington. Picked up a lovely old camera during the weekend--a Rollei 35 from the late ‘60s--the smallest mechanical full-frame 35mm camera ever made. Pictures soon.
