These are the first photos I ever took of a rock band or a concert. My lack of experience shows like crazy. They are pretty rough, but, I figured in the interest of honesty, I’d share a few of the bad frames, too.

This was one hell of a band. I could play their first album note for note in my mind, I listened to it so often. So some of the photos are pretty fuzzy, so are some of my memories. I’ll try to find the News & Observer photo of me in the front row of the concert looking like a simpering idiot. I’ll add it to the album if it’s found.
