One of the biggest Masonic events of the year is the Carolina Masonic Pig Jig. This year more than 30 teams of Masons assembled to vie for the title of best barbecue in a state known for good barbecue.

Thousands passed through sampling a huge variety of sauces and sides. It was great fun with a great bunch of guys. Much of the fun takes place long before any of the crowd arrives, during the set up time when crews share views at homebuilt cooking facilities.
