We hold the Grand Lodge’s Annual Communication in Winston-Salem most years. I have to work much of the time, but I usually manage a late night hour or two here and there to get some fresh air and exercise. Of course, fresh air and exercise interests me much more with a camera in my hand.

There are two evening strolls in this set. Carried the M8 Leica both nights, Voigtlander 35/1.2 one night and Noctilux 50/1.0 the other. It’s an M--who wants a steenkin’ flash? Besides, I love mixed light.

The old Reynolds Tobacco manufacturing district is right there. It’s being reclaimed for upscale housing and artsy bars and restaurants.
