It’s live music on first Thursdays in Baltimore’s West Mount Vernon Park. All the neighborhood shows up to enjoy several short sets by bands, to socialize and have a taste of a treat or two. Rain didn’t seem to dampen our first visit or anyone else’s who stuck around.
